====== Setup for PHYS143 Interference Lab ======

This lab has three parts; speed of sound in air, beats, and microwave interferometer.

===== Speed of sound in air - 3 Setups =====

The setup as shown in the photo is pretty self explanatory.  

The speakers in their holders on rods are under the NW corner of the island bench with the Wave Motion and Sound stuff.

===== Beats - 3 Setups =====

The setup is again self explanatory. 

Beat boxes and speakers are in a cardboard box, middle cabinet.

Note that I do not use the BNC - T connectors, the scope and speakers parts are completely separate and I prefer fewer cables.

===== Microwave Interferometer 3 - Setups =====

Again, setup is self explanatory.  

All components are kept in the middle shelf of the middle cabinet.
